After an exhaustive search for the right architect, the developer chose the award-winning firm of Nagle Hartray (NH). In addition to its extensive housing portfolio, NH has Evanston experience with the Evanston Public Library and Borders Book and Music Store among its credits. Lead architect Jim Nagle instantly recognized the opportunity to create something special. Inspired by unique challenges posed by the Custer Ave. site, he enthusiastically channeled decades of experience into a fresh, original design that looks great and lives well.
