Founding member of Eon Partners, George Bahramis, started his real estate career more than 15 years ago buying empty lots in Bucktown. Trained as an accountant, Bahramis applies his financial and analytic skills to evaluate risk, predict future trends and identify the next growth opportunity.

His business partner, Steven Lome, cut his teeth in the mid-nineties building affordable housing under the New Homes for Chicago program. Lome, who has a BFA from the San Francisco Art Institute, worked in advertising and sales before settling into a real estate career.

The partners' complementary business and design backgrounds help distinguish eon properties. Specializing in the Chicago area residential market, they have established a solid track record as customer-focused, value-added developers by striking the right balance between product and price.
